About this talk

It has been said that we are already awake to our fundamental nature, we have simply forgotten that fact. How do we cultivate the courage to journey on the path to wakefulness? I suggest we start with feeling--the language of our humanity. Feeling what and how we feel, without acting out or repressing, teaches us to pay attention and to be honest about what is actually occurring rather than cultivating fantasy.
